Via Appia Tagaytay

It's 11pm and I'm still trying to sleep. There's a party going on down with people singing right under my room in their event room. We get all the bass and noises, the floor is vibrating. No warning about this event. No offer to change rooms. Went to the reception to complain, said they'd tell them, no change. Oh and during dinner we waited 1h30 total because they were taking care of these guests, they also got our order wrong two times. It's a nice hotel otherwise but being disregarded like this is unacceptable. Maybe these people booked the venue but we also paid for our rooms. Edit: The last straw was on our checkout. In your room, you will find a bottle of water and juuust nearby, a basket with cans of soda and some snacks. Since there are no warnings and no prices displayed, you'd think these are complimentary, right? NO. They make you pay for these on your last day without a warning. Surprise! This is beyond a scam, this is illegal. A sale of product should clearly have prices displayed and not be a trap like this (because the bottle of water is complimentary). I complained again at the front desk: at this point, why not make us pay for the towels or the toilet paper? There was nothing displayed near these either! They didn't say anything, didn't offer anything. Worst customer service I've seen in a while.
